I would like to highlight the fantastic care received from nurse Derrick My mother in law went to have a procedure and what an amazing experience (she was concerned as the last time she was there my father in law passed away). Derrik was so good to her, he was with her the whole time, he was very friendly and kept at ease, calming her, talking the procedure through as the procedure was being done. This was really not what was expected and it really helped the whole process and made the entire process bearable. I was so impressed by the service that was delivered and I’d like to say a big thank you to Nurse Derrick, he is a wonderful asset to Mediclinic Nelspruit! Well done and thank you so much. |

I would like to take this opportunity to commend the staff at the Day Clinic for their great service during my recent admission on 20 March 2025. The admin staff member was very polite and helpful in assisting me to complete all the paperwork. In particular, I would like to commend the nurse allocated to me, Riana Ras, on her interaction with me throughout my short stay. She made sure that I was comfortable, made the paperwork a breeze and kept me informed of what to expect when. Upon discharge she was really helpful in ensuring that I was okay and understood how to take my medicine and the potential side effects thereof. She arranged my follow-up consultation with the doctor for the next day. The overall experience was really a very pleasant surprise.
