I always hope that Florence is nursing my patient. She shows so much love & care to the patient. She is meticulous about her work & is always able to give a detailed medical report of the patient. She always knows & understands all of the patients conditions. She is very aware of any changes made by the therapists & new requests to carry out with the patient. I was at the Nelspruit Mediclinic Day Clinic. For the removal of 3 deeply impacted wisdom teeth. Post operation nurse Matsatsi Tau was taking care of me. And she was amazing. She was so kind, caring and helpful. She made me feel safe and cared for. She was an absolute blessing.

I would like to take this opportunity, to acknowledge and appreciate the service tht Mr Muzi Sibeko gave in arranging / facilitating the transfer of a patient from your institution to ours.  I also want to thank you, for me having such a pleasant experience from your Department (Ward E). I must say he is an outstanding person and his service and communication to me, as  a client was of the highest quality.  The steps and time taken while keeping me informed of every development, regarding the progress of the transfer is highly appreciated, this showed the professionalism that you have in your company.  He really exceeded wht we call customer satisfaction.  Please convey my thanks to hin and tell him to keep up the sterling work.  He supervised High Care ward, with care and respect for all his team and by doing that his team automatically showed the same extreme care, efficiency, humour, and love for each person in the ward. Everyone stuck to the rules and gave patients time to relax as requested by him. We arrived after 9h00, went home at 19h00, and his support and attention to detail were so appreciated. As a result if this care, the patient was relaxed, trusting that Muzi knew exactly what was needed. We thank him for his dedication to Mediclinic, his team, the Drs and his patients.

When admitted I came to ward A very sick and she made sure that I calm down and kept me comfortable. She called my Doctor and started with treatment as soon as possible. She managed the pains with immediate effect. Within 30 minutes I was calm and she cared for my wound without any complain. She made sure that it's clean. She also Informed me that my Doctor was on his way. I managed to calm down and she was checking up on me every now and then. She is commited in her work and she is is a Nurse Indeed. Always friendly, professional and treat each patient with respect. Great example to other staff/ colleagues. Her work is her passion seen through out the way she treat everyone. Helpful in all ways, answer all questions asked with best knowledge gained. Friendly kind attentive and absolutely lovely. Maseko she's kind, so sweet when you call she's quick to respond. For sue an asset to Mediclinic Nelspruit.

Thank you Sr. Ntombi Shivite for excellent service provided to my dad during his admission. She was very kind and helpful throughout our stay we are very grateful for her assistance and care. The best service that we received in the hospital, she was always friendly and doing more than her best for her patients, she is commendable for going the extra miles.  The safety of the patient is her priority and always ensure that their needs have been met. As family of an elderly patient, she keeps you informed and ensures that instructions are carried out even when she is not on duty. Well done and thank you Sr. Ntombi.

I would like to take this opportunity to commend the staff at the Day Clinic for their great service during my recent admission on 20 March 2025.  The admin staff member was very polite and helpful in assisting me to complete all the paperwork.  In particular, I would like to commend the nurse allocated to me, Riana Ras, on her interaction with me throughout my short stay.  She made sure that I was comfortable, made the paperwork a breeze and kept me informed of what to expect when. Upon discharge she was really helpful in ensuring that I was okay and understood how to take my medicine and the potential side effects thereof.  She arranged my follow-up consultation with the doctor for the next day.  The overall experience was really a very pleasant surprise.
