Other ways to listen

This stream opens up in your computer or phone's browser as a separate feed.

This link downloads a 'm3u' file to your computer. Click on the downloaded file and it will open in your music player such as Windows Media Player, iTunes or VLC. You can save this link and play it directly from your computer's music player when there is an audiocast.

Troubleshooting

Player does not play audio

  • Check your volume setting on your computer or mobile device
  • Check that the slider on the embedded player is slided to the right. The little dot on the slider is by default in the middle of the slider. This means the audio is set at 50% volume.
  • Try one of the alternative links below the player to listen to the audio.

The alternative links does not work

  • Check that your computer is not blocking the link the new browser tab.
  • In rare cases the link (or player) may stop to work or connect when connected via your APN (3G company dongle / SIM card) or when using VPN (Global Protect). Disconnect from any of these services and try using normal internet.
  • Known issues have been reported that AFHCNET Wifi will result in the audio to be loaded only after approximately 30-60 seconds. This is device dependent and has only been reported on mobile phones. Try turning your wifi off or connect to MCGuest Wifi.

The player takes long to load audio

  • Known issues were reported on newer iPhone models when opening the embedded player. Try to use the alternative link and open it in mobile Safari.

I am hearing an echo

  • Check that you do not have the player open on two places. This may occur when you have the embedded player on one page and clicked on one of the alternative listening methods. The stream is playing from two separate players.

The player stopped working

  • This may be to a break in your internet connection. Usually the player will refresh on its own and continue with the stream.
  • If the player does not refresh automatically, please refresh the internet page and wait for the player to load again.
