Our Services
If you are admitted to a Mediclinic Mental Health facility, you can expect to access one or more of the following treatment options, depending on your needs:
- Comprehensive psychiatric assessment and diagnosis
- Individual psychotherapy (various modalities)
- Group therapy and support groups
- Family therapy or systems-based support
- Medication management, when indicated, with close monitoring
- Occupational therapy to help with daily functioning and routines
- Psychoeducation — learning about your condition, coping skills, relapse prevention
- Therapy for trauma and PTSD
- Crisis intervention and short-term stabilisation
