Dr Kreasen Chetty is an Ophathalmologist who attends to all diseases of the eye. he has a special interest in disorders of the retina and is passionate about treating diabetic eye desease, oculartrauma and complex catarects.
Dr Chetty worked as a consultant within the Durban metropolitan complex of hospitals providing specialist services. In addition he worked as a Vitreoretinal su-specialist at INkosi Albert Luthuli Central Hospital. He went on to become Head of Ophthalmology at Edendale Hospital.
He attended the European Vitreoretinal Training in Germany ans is a member of Ophthalmological Society of South Africa , the South African Glaucoma Society and the European Vitreoretinal Society.
