We recommend that you visit the pre-admission centre at the hospital where you are to be admitted, as a member of our staff will brief you on the procedure and/or treatment relating to your admission.

You will be advised on the financial considerations in respect of your hospitalisation, such as how to obtain pre-authorisation for your admission, the amount of cover afforded you by your medical scheme and any exclusion of benefits that may apply, as well as additional services offered by the hospital.

You will also be assisted with the completion of any necessary documentation to ensure a hassle-free admission to hospital.
