We also offer a special bonus scheme for nurses. According to the scheme, a special bonus (14th cheque) is reserved annually for each eligible nurse after twelve months of uninterrupted service. Reserved amounts are paid out annually according to a predetermined formula, from the second year up to and including the tenth year.
