The Board of Medi-Clinic has recently appointed Mr Chris van den Heever as a non-executive director of Medi-Clinic with effect from 5 February 2010.
Mr Van den Heever is an investment manager at Remgro Limited, which company owns 43.4% of Medi-Clinic’s issued share capital. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in investment management from which the Medi-Clinic group stands to benefit. The Board of Medi-Clinic welcomes him to the Medi-Clinic Group.
